Established in 1983, this pension has a long history in the Hachimantai Onsenkyo. As you enter, you’ll be surrounded by the beautiful sound of high quality jazz played through a vacuum tube amplifier. The restaurant boasts an excellent charcoal-roasted pork shoulder and some of the best char from the spring water of Mt. Iwate. The charcoal-roasted pork shoulder is roasted in a special stainless steel oven for four to five hours, and the smokey aroma is pure bliss. One of the best parts of the restaurant is that there’s a hot springs bath for private use. Satisfy all of your sense here!
