A hometown market loaded with local signature produce, goods and sweets ranging from wild mountain vegetables and flowers and handicrafts and delicious mountain grape juice. It’s a market that you’ll have fun browsing, be happy buying from, and feel satisfied eating at. One of the featured items on their restaurant menu, “Basil Napolitan”, is prepared using geothermally-grown basil plants together with special “Horohoro Chicken.” It’s a huge hit!
Also, you can try their “Sausage with Geothermally-grown Basil,” in a style evocative of the former Matsuo Village.
