GARDEN PARK
Their Garden Park features an animal petting zoo that includes alpacas, rabbits, and ponies that visitors can pet and interact with, as well as a huge, colorful aquarium inhabited by 70 species of fish from across the world!
Shop & Café Tomte no Mori / Tamago Kan
Have a leisurely stroll around, visit the animals, enjoy unobstructed views of Mt. Iwate, and then visit their shops and cafés. “Tomte no Mori” and “Tamago Kan” serve food made with local Hachimantai ingredients and the freshest of eggs! They also sell gelato made right there in-house, with a family recipe. And speaking of eggs, they sell seasoned-boiled eggs and soft-boiled eggs; we recommend it as a fun and tasty souvenir!
Ichigo no Mori
Green Kan
For other experiences, the “Ichigo no Mori” offers all-you-can-eat strawberry-picking courses available from January to June, and the “Green Kan” sells an enormous variety of floral succulents.
